Five-star Moussa Cisse commits to Memphis Tigers
Lausanne center Moussa Cisse (shown in a game against Briarcrest on Dec. 13) has committed to Memphis and head coach Penny Hardaway. His final list had also included Florida State, Georgia, Georgetown, Kentucky and LSU. (Daily Memphian file)
