Tennessee and Illinois set for Music City Bowl with each team missing starters

Tennessee (8-4) will be without four defensive starters and the SEC’s leading receiver when the Vols play Illinois (8-4) on Tuesday (4:30 p.m., ESPN) at the Music City Bowl in Nashville.
