Blaze Jordan’s two home runs helped Memphis to a 6-2 victory over the Norfolk Tides (Triple-A, Baltimore Orioles) in game three of a six-game series on Thursday night at AutoZone Park. The win improved the Redbirds record to 6-0 this season.
The right-handed slugger from Southaven (DeSoto Central High) hit a solo shot in the second and a two-run shot in the seventh. He is batting .500 with three home runs and six RBI to start the season.
