A four-game winning streak has the Showboats second in the South Division standings, and they hope to extend the streak to five games against the New Jersey Generals on Sunday. 

The stadium will be the first turf football field for the Memphis-Shelby Police Athletic League, with $500,000 in funding in place toward goal of $8 million.

Executive director Steve Ehrhart said he’s thrilled with the scheduling details for Memphis’ postseason college football game, which is televised by ESPN.

The Tigers will start the 2023 season with three straight evening games.
