The University of Memphis released its 2023 nonconference schedule and the home game against Missouri has been moved to the Dome of America Center in St. Louis.

Kickoff time is set for the University of Memphis’ AAC conference game against the Pirates on Oct. 15.

The Tigers are a strong second-half team but can’t afford to have another slow start against a Houston team that also plays its best football in the second half. 

With the team’s stars sitting, second-year forward Santi Aldama and a large rookie class led the Grizzlies to a comeback win in their preseason debut in Milwaukee.

The team’s first open practice offered hints of a possible starting lineup, but the Oct. 23 exhibition against Christian Brothers will provide a true look at what type of team the Tigers will put on the court this season.

The Memphis Grizzlies have agreed to a two-year, $25.2 million extension with starting center Steven Adams. 

The race involved a 1.2-mile swim through the 70-degree waters of Hyde Lake, followed by a 56-mile bike ride through Cordova and Fayette County and finishing with a 13.1-mile half marathon run.
