Though LIV Golf poached some of the top talent on the PGA Tour, the two best players on the planet are both undoubtedly in the FedEx St. Jude Championship field.
Scottie Scheffler and Xander Schauffele hold the top two spots in the FedEx Cup standings and Official World Golf Rankings, with a sizable gap beneath them. The two combined to win three of the four major championships this year. They hold the last two Olympic gold medals.
But despite entering as the two betting favorites this week, neither has great history at the FESJC. TPC Southwind has given them fits.
