Game 1 is set — almost.

The NBA announced late Sunday night that the Memphis Grizzlies will begin their first-round playoff series at home at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 16. The game will be shown on ESPN and Bally Sports Southeast.

They still have to wait to find out their first-round opponent —either the Minnesota Timberwolves or the Los Angeles Clippers, who will face each other in a Western Conference play-in game at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday (TNT).

The Grizzlies have a 2-2 record against Minnesota this season and are 4-0 against the Clippers.

All playoff rounds are best-of-seven series. The Grizzlies also will host Game 2, but the NBA has not released further scheduling information as of Monday morning.

Playoff tickets for Games 1 and 2 went on sale last week, and are available by going to grizzlies.com/tickets or by calling 1-800-4-NBATIX. There is a purchase limit of four tickets per game.
