Grizzlies top Wembanyama, Spurs, in final seconds

Jaren Jackson Jr. scored 28 points, including the winning basket with 1.2 seconds left, as the Grizzlies snap a four-game skid with a 99-97 win over the San Antonio Spurs on Friday night.
