Bickerstaff out as Grizzlies coach; Wallace reassigned

Memphis Grizzlies coach J.B. Bickerstaff was fired and general manager Chris Wallace reassigned to another role Thursday, the team confirmed only hours after the team's postseason exit interviews where nothing about the imminent change was mentioned.
