Memphis women’s basketball picked to finish 5th in AAC, Shutes earns All-AAC preseason honors

The Tigers finished 16-12 overall and 6-9 in AAC play last season. Under head coach Katrina Merriweather, the team quadrupled its win total from the 2020-21 campaign and recorded its first 15-win season since 2015-16.
