Penny Hardaway says Tigers’ communication, chemistry ‘off a little bit’

After Sunday’s loss to Tulane — the second straight game in which Memphis gave up 86 or more points — coach believes some unforeseen issues are to blame for the Tigers’ recent hiccups.
