Memphis athletic director shines light on Tigers’ decision to stay in AAC
“This is one of the things I’m learning about Memphis — a lot of folks, and some of you in the media, candidly, want us to go to be great,” University of Memphis athletic director Ed Scott said Thursday, Sept. 26. “And sometimes you gotta be great to go. So when I hear people say, ‘I’m not gonna buy tickets,’ or, ‘I’m not gonna support the programs,’ you’re not really hurting me.
