With injured Tyrese Hunter out, Dante Harris makes first Tigers start
Memphis guards PJ Haggerty and Tyrese Hunter (11) watch a free throw during the second half of an NCAA college basketball game against East Carolina on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, in Memphis. Hunter is out “day-to-day” due to the same knee injury he has been dealing with this season, a team spokesman said. (Nikki Boertman/AP file)
The Memphis Tigers played Temple on Sunday without usual starting guard Tyrese Hunter. Virginia transfer Dante Harris started instead.
