Memphis Tigers shift focus to high school recruiting

As an emphasis on the NCAA transfer portal has shifted the focus of college basketball recruiting away from traditional high school recruiting throughout the past few years, maybe no one has swung their own philosophical pendulum quite as much in the opposite direction as Penny Hardaway.
