When Curtis Givens III runs out of the tunnel at FedExForum for the University of Memphis’ regular-season opener in November, it won’t be his first time playing a game on the Tigers’ home court.
The newly acquired 6-foot-3 point guard competed there a little more than three years ago, as a high school sophomore at Memphis University School.
After announcing his transfer to Memphis last month following a freshman season at LSU, Givens should have plenty of chances to do just that during a chapter of his story that will officially begin in about five months.
