The Memphis basketball coach admitted as much to reporters Wednesday night after his Tigers (9-9, 4-2 American Conference) were outscored 26-4 in the final seven minutes of an 83-66 road loss to Tulsa. 

The dramatic fashion in which the Tigers unraveled — turning a 5-point lead with less than eight minutes to play into a 17-point loss — was even shocking to Hardaway himself.
