With five regular-season games remaining, Memphis and coach Penny Hardaway have lost six of their last nine.

What once was the most promising season of Hardaway’s era has turned into the most miserable one – one that fans and players alike seem to be counting down the days on.

Upadhyaya ranked a couple teams that should be familiar for Memphis fans.

An effort to build chemistry off the court has already begun to pay dividends for Memphis as it attempts to turnaround a season that had begun to slip away.

“So much has changed since Penny Hardaway could see his trio of bigs dominating down low. Sometimes bad and sometimes — like on Sunday — quite good.”

The Tigers tallied 21 assists on their 29 made field goals and played together for most of the afternoon to get the revenge game win over the Green Wave.
