Tigers RB Watson signs free-agent deal after missing NFL Draft

Blake Watson and Tigers defensive lineman Jaylon Allen both sign free agent deals with the Denver Broncos. Also, Memphis receiver Joe Scates has signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
