Seth Henigan’s decision to stay at Memphis ‘came down to the wire’

ARLINGTON, Texas — Before heading downstairs to eat with recruits on their official visit to the University of Memphis, Tigers coach Ryan Silverfiled was in his office letting out a sigh of relief.

Silverfield had just secured someone he described as “the biggest recruit of the weekend.” Some may even call it the biggest commit of his head coaching career.

It wasn’t a five-star stud coming out of high school or a hot-shot power conference transfer.
