“I said, ‘Guys, this is Wednesday practice. That’s all it is.’ ... To see our guys smile and say, ‘OK, the old man is right,’ that’s good,” Memphis coach Ryan Silverfield said after the Tigers’ victory against Charlotte Saturday, Oct. 26.
