Memphis Tigers quarterback Brendon Lewis returned from injury against No. 18 South Florida on Saturday.

Lewis missed most of the second half in last Saturday’s loss at UAB because of a lower-body injury that left him wearing a walking boot.

The injury didn’t stop him from leading the offense out on the Tigers’ first drive against USF at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.
