Spring football for Memphis begins later this month, with the first official practice scheduled for March 23.

New head coach Charles Huff has assembled a fresh staff and a haul of new transfers for the upcoming season. Many are anticipating the expected quarterback battle between transfers Air Noland and Marcus Stokes.

Huff brought some top players with him from Southern Miss, the last program he coached, including defensive end J’Mond Tapp and linebacker Mike Montgomery. He even brought Colorado transfer running back and former Christian Brothers High School standout Dallan Hayden back to his hometown.
