New four-way stop in Neshoba North neighborhood
Currently traffic on Old Mill near Apple Valley does not stop. Next week the city will unveil stop signs and convert the intersection to a four-way stop. The conversion is warranted by a traffic study, Germantown said in a release. (Abigail Warren/Daily Memphian)
