Horn Lake leaders clash over details of medical marijuana dispensaries

Planning Director Chad Bahr presented the commission’s recommendations for medical marijuana dispensaries zoning at Tuesday night’s meeting. Some aldermen, however, pushed back on the commission’s recommendations.
