Horn Lake Planning Commission denies cannabis dispensary initiative
Per the Horn Lake’s dispensary zoning ordinance amendment passed in March, cannabus dispensaries must be at least 1,700 feet from any school, child-care center, church or other dispensary that’s already established. The Horn Lake Planning Commission declined to endorse a new zoning approach — brought by city aldermen — designed to specify the separation between medical marijuana dispensaries and schools.
