Southaven Springfest commemorates city’s 44th anniversary
“We were incorporated on April 15 of 1980, and this started off as a small, tight, community event,” said Kristi Faulkner, Springfest’s organizer. “In these 44 years, it has just grown tremendously.” (Courtesy The City of Southaven)
Starting Tuesday, April 23, through Saturday, April 27, the festival will offer games, rides and barbecue cooking contests.
