Marshall Steakhouse, the Mississippi restaurant that’s been enticing Memphians to drive miles for fine-dining in a double-story metal shed, is going up for sale at the height of its popularity.

Randall Swaney created a social media buzz Thursday afternoon when he announced his decision on Facebook, where the award-winning Marshall Steakhouse has 54,000 followers.
