Pro hockey returning to Mid-South with new team at Landers Center

Professional hockey is officially returning to the Mid-South, bringing with it expectations of a significant economic boost for DeSoto County and a new developmental pipeline for aspiring players.
During a press conference Wednesday, March 25 at the Landers Center, officials announced the Federal Prospects Hockey League will launch its 15th franchise in Southaven beginning this October.
