Calkins has been named the best sports columnist in the country five times by the Associated Press sports editors, but still figures his best columns are about the people who make Memphis what it is.
Five years after David Fizdale unleashed his “take that for data” rant, Taylor Jenkins ripped the officials after the Grizzlies lost Game 4 to the Timberwolves. Will it work? Let us hope. But it would help if Ja would get healthy, fast.
