Third suspect in Young Dolph slaying has lengthy criminal record

Hernandez Govan’s criminal history in state and federal systems dates back more than two decades, according to court records. Govan, 43, and his two co-defendants, Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith, have been indicted for the rapper’s death.
