Letter shows legislators pressured Strickland on stadium deal

State Rep. Kevin Vaughan (R-Collierville) and other West Tennessee Republicans have pushed Strickland to finish allocating cash for the slow-moving renovations to Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.
