The Highland Hundred is Memphis football’s main booster club.
Ever since the Tigers received a five-year, $25 million NIL commitment FedEx Corp. in late April, Highland Hundred president Phil Glass said he’s also seen an increase in financial support from many other individuals and local businesses.
“FedEx was huge, don’t get me wrong,” Glass said last month. “But we’re seeing other companies that don’t have FedEx funds, but, by percentage, are just upping their game and getting behind the program wanting to see success continue.
“It may be from the simple things, from an individual that was giving a couple hundred dollars, now they’re giving three or four hundred dollars, and it’s just going up and up and up.”
