Local home sales decline in February, but hope for spring blooms

Local home sales in February dropped more than 9% from the same time a year ago, but housing officials are optimistic for a bounce back this spring.

The latest Memphis Area Association of Realtors market report showed 959 total home sales in February, a decrease from 1,058 in February 2024.
