Unlawful photography bills get widespread support in General Assembly

NASHVILLE — A slate of bipartisan legislation aimed at cracking down on crimes involving the unauthorized taking or distribution of intimate photos is seeing sweeping success across the Tennessee General Assembly.
The bills contain various provisions revolving around widening the scope of the crime and penalties for taking unauthorized intimate photos of others. Other bills increase protections for victims.
