Industrial site sold to former owner

Local real estate investor Ash Holdings bought a 38,400-square-foot industrial property on East Shelby Drive for $1.1 million.
The double-warehouse property at 5625 and 5639-5653 E. Shelby Drive was auctioned April 2, with the bid starting at $375,000.
