Ryan Silverfield is a football junkie.
As an 18-year-old senior at The Bolles School — a college preparatory and boarding school in Jacksonville, Florida — Silverfield got his first coaching gig as an assistant and has been immersed in the profession ever since.
He had stops at several colleges and NFL teams before landing a job as Memphis’ offensive line coach in 2016 and was named the Tigers’ head coach ahead of the 2020 season.
