If NCAA deems Memphis’ Dain Dainja ineligible, could he win in a legal battle?

Dain Dainja made the statement in late February, seemingly with no doubt.
When Jeff Brightwell, host of the “Penny Hardaway Radio Show,” spoke about Memphis fans’ desire to watch Dainja for another season in a Tiger uniform, the redshirt senior shared what he thought to be a matter of fact.
