From FedEx to City Hall: Olive Branch COO stepping down

In the three years Todd Ondra was the chief operations officer for the City of Olive Branch, he brought what might be called a FedEx mindset to the job.
“When you get all the departments together working together, then you have a kind of a train that you can’t stop,” Ondra said, emphasizing the importance of being a “servant leader.”
