If elected to FedEx board, count on Richard Smith for legacy, family vote

For more than two decades, Richard Smith was his father’s son at FedEx, the heir who made his way to the C-suite.
Now, he is poised to represent his family on the company’s board of directors, a position that will allow him to have a hand on the wheel while also looking out for the Smith family’s interests.
