Alexis Luttrell admits she’s going to be petty with her Halloween display this year.
Earlier this year, Luttrell effectively won a court battle with the city of Germantown over her yard decorations. Germantown officials said they violated city ordinances while Luttrell argued that she had a First Amendment right to display them.
