Memphis Tigers linebacker Sam Brumfield doesn’t concern himself with opinions from outside the program.
When the Tigers were riding high with a 6-0 record, Brumfield stayed off social media. After Memphis suffered a disappointing loss at UAB two weeks ago, he didn’t pay attention to what was said.Â
One person the Virginia Tech transfer did listen to, though, was veteran defensive lineman William Whitlow Jr.
