Historic Ashlar Hall listed for sale

Ashlar Hall, the historic 11,100-square-foot building at 1397 Central Ave., was listed for sale for $3 million on Monday, Nov. 3.

The 129-year-old building, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, is owned by Juan Montoya, who bought it in 2016 for $59,000, according to deed records. 

The property is being listed by EXP Realty.
