Memphis Grizzlies general manager Zach Kleiman stepped to a microphone Friday for the first time since trading star player Jaren Jackson Jr. and shopping another, Ja Morant, at the NBA’s Feb. 5 trade deadline. 

Kleiman painted a clear picture of forthcoming organizational changes and multiple times confirmed that the Grizzlies are indeed opting for a roster rebuild.
