Pretty soon a former house of worship could be your new home — a pretty rare occurrence in the local residential market.
River City Land Co. is listing a former church at 775 Tanglewood St. in the Cooper-Young neighborhood for sale.
Originally built in 1920 as Cedar Baptist Church, the property sits a stone’s throw from the recently cleared construction site of The Cooper, a mixed-use development at Central Avenue and Cooper Street.
