A three-story building on South Front Street is being demolished two years after New York-based developer Tom Intrator was sued for blight.

Once work is complete, it will open up a combined 1.3-acre spot next door to Gus’s Fried Chicken and across the street from Old Dominick.

Intrator owns the 0.8-acre site with a 21,078-square-foot former warehouse at 324 S. Front St.
