The music venue Minglewood Hall is for sale, putting a second large Madison Avenue property in Midtown on the market this month.
The 63,750-square-foot building, which sits on 2.59 acres at 1555 Madison Ave., is being listed for $3.5 million.
Nashville-based AJ Capital Partners, operating as StageRight, bought the property for $4.2 million from Richard Roberts in 2021.
