New company taking over ‘largest development in the history of Downtown’

A newly formed company, Bormacc Group, is now leading “the largest development in the history of Downtown” but could also extend the project to other parts of the region.

Aiden Randolph and Geoff Simpson, both listed as co-founders and principals with Houston-based Legacy Power Capital, announced the “Neural Nexus” project at the Greater Memphis Chamber’s luncheon in December of last year.

Since then, they dissolved Legacy Power Capital, and Randolph formed Bormacc Group to take the Memphis project and related national projects forward. Simpson is no longer with the company.
