Partnership buys Cordova Creek Apartments for $22 million
Graybel Investments and Quad Property Group bought Cordova Creek Apartments, a 196-unit multifamily property at 7965 Humphreys Hill Drive, for $22 million.
They plan on spending more than $1 million improving the common area and amenity spaces.
