Robert Ellis loves bikes. And cats.

So much so that he opened a bike shop in Midtown and named it after one (or two) of his great loves: cats.

Dos Gatos — Spanish for two cats — held its grand opening Thursday, July 9, at 1535 Overton Park Ave.

The shop is designed to be an affordable community-focused bike shop that repairs and sells used bikes, as well as things bikers may need, like seats, portable tire pumps and energy gels.
