Don’t call wrestling fake: ‘Everything we do in there hurts’

You can call it choreographed, you can call it scripted, you can call it a performance. But whatever you do, don’t call it fake.

That label doesn’t go over very well with the men who spent their Saturday afternoon grappling with each other inside a wrestling ring at Growlers.

901 Wrestling held a six-bout event at the Midtown bar Saturday afternoon to record content for its social media channels as well as highlight some of its wrestlers.
